You may pay for classes using a credit card or Paypal account.  A small transaction fee has been added to the pricing to cover the cost of this convenience.    ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.   HOWEVER, IF THE TRAINER IS CONTACTED, A ONE YEAR CREDIT MAY BE APPLIED FOR YOU TO TAKE ANOTHER TRAINING WITH THE MONEY ALREADY INVESTED.

Please be aware that you still need to call to pre-register.

You do have the option of paying for multiple attendees by entering a quantity in the appropriate place during the check out process.  If you are paying for more than one attendee, please enter the company name in the attendee section above the ADD TO CART button.

Do-It-Yourself Training

All Do-It-Yourself trainings are available in the following formats:

  • Adobe PDF: This is an electronic document that is emailed to you and can be printed out on your printer. The cost includes 1 certificate which will be sent to you upon completion of work assignments.  Please ensure you provide your email address at checkout.

  • CD: The CD contains the PDF version of the training and is mailed to you.  The cost includes 1 certificate which will be sent to you upon completion of work assignments.  Please ensure you provide your mailing address at checkout.

  • Pre-printed Packet: This is the full printed version of the training and is mailed to you.  The cost includes 1 certificate which will be sent to you upon completion of work assignments.  Please ensure you provide your mailing address at checkout.

  • CD Only: The CD contains the PDF version of the training and is mailed to you.  The cost DOES NOT include a certificate.  Upon completion of work assignments, each user must submit appropriate payment to receive certificate of hours.  NOTE: CD may be reused for subsequent trainees until expiration date (indicated on CD).  Please ensure you provide your mailing address at checkout.

Any format can be shared/copied allowing others to take the training. Certificates for additional participants will not be issued until the work assignments are returned with the payment for the each participant.

All prices below include processing fee.
